The awkward questions
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and your CVs and tracker stay exactly as they are — the free plan has no cap on documents or tracked applications, only on AI actions.
What happens if a payment fails?
Cards expire and retries usually work, so a failed payment keeps your plan for fourteen days while the processor retries rather than cutting you off the same afternoon. You are told each time.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It has no end date and no card. The only thing it limits is AI actions, because those are the only part of this that costs money to run.
Can employers see my profile?
Only if you switch that on, and it is off unless you do. Even then a search result carries no name and no contact details — an employer sees a headline, a location, skills and a seniority, and can send exactly one message. An employer you apply to sees the documents you sent them and nothing else about your account: not your other applications, not who rejected you, not your searches.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, from your account settings, and it is a real erasure rather than a flag on a row. Records we are legally required to keep — the fact that a payment happened, for tax — are retained and the deletion page names them before you confirm.
Prices are lower where incomes are lower. Pro is $6 a month across much of Latin America, Eastern Europe and South Africa, and $3 a month across most of Africa, South Asia and South East Asia. The rate is set from your country when you create an account — you do not need to ask, and there is no different product behind it.
